Shipston Therapy Centre in the lovely town of Shipston on Stour have recently welcomed a new Alexander Technique teacher Ellie Rouse. Poor seating position, incorrect movement and increased use of the head-down position used to look at mobile phones and tablets can all create posture and alignment issues – the Alexander Technique is well known for its potential to help.

The Centre has also had success with their Children’s Bowen Clinics – coming up in December on Sat 3rd and 10th and led by Martin Grasby and Brigitte Nix.
